The High Point portion of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) # 230 encompasses more than 500 acres both existing industrial buildings and ready-to-build-upon sites in Piedmont Corporate Park, Green Point Business Park, Federal Ridge Business Park, Eagle Hill Business Park, Lowell’s Run, Premier Center, and the Kivett Drive Industrial Park.
High Point companies located in the FTZ activated site [that import components for distribution and/or manufacture finished products for export] enjoy simplified customs entry procedures and duty deferrals.
